He will not add support to non-blackbox nfs games or any other games in general and if he will import the map from another game i doubt he will add support for it in toolkit and he will somehow rip it from the game and it wont be convinient,so i bet he wont do the conversion or you will be able to easily.
is it possible to merge 2 cities in one game , it will be interesting for example if someone wants to connect all cities of the previous parts into one to create Eliseu scale I have here to the article there is this idea to connect all of the city from the previous parts-for example although it's all carbon and to create the illusion of larger scale for example for a ride from the cops

Which games will be supported? You said in one comment that Pro Street has lower priority for you, but how about older titles? And does NfS World fit into this? It uses maps from older titles, but I'm not sure if it was made on the same engine. Also, will it be possible to add map files from custom files? If so, that would open whole wide world of new possibilities!
Another thing that really makes me curious - is NfS Toolkit only about maps, or also other parts of the games, like cars? And if yes, will it be able to add new cars, as new cars, without the need to replace the old ones?

You probably thought that since the toolkit has been in development for months and hasnt been released yet,doesn't mean that he abandoned it,he's still working on the project since its not a small project,its a big one that will take time.
The project ain't dead,he already wrote that its not dead in the reply to the guy who said he abadoned it,its not dead/abandoned,he's the legend who is still working on the tool.

Man he is the developer of the tool. He is making it to LET YOU convert any maps to the games that are going to be supported. If you wanna play those maps in MW or anywhere else just wait for the release then make it yourself or wait again for someone else to make it. Will the NFS-Toolkit include any sound editing tools also? I only ask because I managed to change the BNKl extension in the ABK_Insert.exe from either Zenhax or Xenhax (not sure which one the .exe came from) to S10A, the codec used on Carbon. But I'm having a bit of trouble. When I go to port the .wav file into the Carbon .abk file, it gives this, for example, in the case of ABK file -> wav file -> sample number to replace: ABK_insert.exe ccar_tranny.abk car_tranny_03.wav 1 car_tranny.abk Sounds: 0 Not sure whats going on... I've been wanting to port the NFSMW transmission whine sound to Carbon, because I remember Carbon on PS2, Gamecube and Wii used the transmission whine from Most Wanted.

NFS World was based on Need For Speed : Carbon's game engine ( a modified version of it) so you should be able to import the NFS : World map.

I will not convert any of the mentioned non-EAGL games. When the tool will be available then you can try convert them.
