NFS-CfgEd v1.0 released

Updated version of NFS-CfgEd is available. The tool supports both games (Underground - .u1car and Underground 2 - .u2car). It contains many fixes and improvements, for example Unicode support.

    Thanks for the update on this tool! Can't wait for an update for TexEd that would hopefully ease up my UG2 1024x vinyls project.

    Thanx for this update, The next update please add car data that can change Size of custom wheels, like what NFS-VltEd do... Stock wheels of a car mod can be resize in Zmodeler but Custom wheels still takes the size of the in game cars Example: If you replace MUSTANGGT your car can have bigger custom wheels while car replace MIATA can have small custom wheels..

    I wonder what does values actually are... Are they millimeters? (Metric system)
    Cause if I were to modify the cars.. I'd try to put the real values in. :3
